Rhiannon Friedman recently took on a new role as President of GO Topeka, leading economic development efforts across Topeka and Shawnee County. Before that, she served as the City of Topeka’s Director of Planning and Development. Rhiannon’s passion lies in helping Topeka thrive, building partnerships, solution engineering, and championing projects that move the community forward.
