Natalie Haag

Natalie Haag is Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary of Capitol Federal® Savings Bank.  In this role, Natalie also supervises the BSA/AML Department and the Compliance and Risk Management Department which includes vendor management and business continuity.  Prior to joining Capitol Federal Natalie served as in-house counsel and director of governmental affairs for Security Benefit Corporation, a retirement solutions provider. Natalie was General Counsel, Director of Governmental Affairs and Chief of Staff to Kansas Governor Bill Graves. Her legal practice includes two years as an agency executive director and ten-years of criminal prosecution and civil litigation. Natalie currently serves on the Kansas Banker Association Federal Affairs Committee and the American Banker Government Relations Council. Natalie is a past President of the Kansas Bar Association, and she remains active in her local and specialty bar associations. She also serves as a board member for multiple community organizations and university foundations.
