Lisa Thimmesch is the CEO and Founder of LASTing Coach and Consulting. Her coaching focuses on leadership and includes leadership training along with supportive coaching. Her consulting services specialize in manufacturing and quality. The unique services she provides are backed by her ACC ICF coaching accreditation, Masters in Management and Leadership, 20+ years as a leader and 30+ years in the pharmaceutical industry where she held multiple roles in Quality and Manufacturing. Personally, Lisa is a wife, mom of 3 young adults, has a small hobby farm and follower of Christ.
