As Director of Strategic Brand and Client Engagement, Lindsay Baker is a dynamic, brand-driven leader committed to elevating Security Benefit’s brand presence, digital marketing initiatives, and client engagement strategies. She draws passion from her work by designing, building, and leading high-performing teams that thrive by finding purpose and creating meaningful impact in their work.
A lifelong Kansan based in Topeka, Lindsay channels her creative energy beyond the workplace as a member of the NOTO Arts District Board, the Topeka Civic Theatre Marketing Committee, and a volunteer for Couture for Cancer. She is also deeply involved in her children’s school and athletic activities, volunteering at school fundraising events and coaching both recreational and club volleyball teams.
Lindsay and her husband, Jeff, share their alma mater, Kansas State University, and are proud parents of four children — two grown and launched, and two school-aged daughters.
Her leadership philosophy centers on curiosity, collaboration, and courage — empowering others to lead with authenticity and shape the future they want to be part of.
