Beyond coaching, Kristen is a serial entrepreneur and business owner. She owns Prairie Trading Company, a thriving retail store in Topeka, Kansas, where she combines her passion for business with a commitment community engagement. Acquiring the business in 2023, Kristen has successfully led its growth while balancing the demands of entrepreneurship, leadership development, and family.
Kristen’s leadership extends into public service. In 2021, she became the youngest woman ever elected to the Kansas Senate and made history as the first Kansas senator to give birth while in office. During her time in the legislature, she focused on improving healthcare, education, and the business climate in Kansas, advocating for policies that foster economic growth and opportunity.
