Carrie Rahfaldt

Cherie Huffman is the Chief Compliance Officer and Head of Asset Services at Security Benefit Life Insurance Company where she leads a multidisciplinary team. She joined Security Benefit in May 2015 as Head of Investment Operations and was responsible for the building out the investment function.  Previously, Cherie held senior leadership roles at Principal Global Investors, Aviva, and Athene.  Cherie holds her MBA and BA with over 30 years’ experience across the full spectrum of investment activities, developing and executing innovative strategies that drive organizational transformation, growth, and service excellence with a strong and effective control environment.
