Audra Dinell is the Founder of The Thread: A Women’s Leadership Collective, where she has helped more than 500 women build greater clarity, confidence, and connection over the past six years.

She is an Emotional Agility® Certified Practitioner, coach, speaker, and host of the podcast A LOT with Audra. Passionate about helping women lead with courage, self-trust, and intention – at work and in life, Audra is married to her high school sweetheart and is the proud mom of two sweet and spicy boys.
